Rainier Bedstuy Home Recordings is a collection of music written between Rainier Valley, a neighborhood of Corey's hometown in Seattle, and Bedstuy Brooklyn where Attia currently resides. Some songs were made in a room when Attia flew out to Seattle on a couple of music writing trips, many over email, and one song in particular (Born In Clouds) is the first thing the two ever wrote/recorded together. Each song is adored but just didn't quite make their forthcoming LP. This is not so much a collection of demos as it is a document of Attia and Corey's writing process. It's largely improvised, very lo-fi, respectful of Attia's neighbors, quite flawed, and totally honest. The cover artwork is by Khadija Horton, a sophomore studying Communications Design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.
